Certified Peer Recovery Coach
Peer Coach is responsible for the providing crisis support, crisis coordination and service delivery of the designated Crisis mental health and addiction model focusing on a peer recovery-based approach for those experiencing crisis. This position provides crisis support, service coordination and peer support function to ensure the successful delivery of services for Turning Point clients. This position supports all staff functions to utilize peer support principles across all internal and external stakeholder interactions.
Certified Youth Peer Recovery Coach
We are looking for responsible, compassionate peer coaches to join our youth recovery services team. You will be working alongside fellow peer coaches, therapists, and leadership members. A successful youth peer recovery coach will possess excellent listening skills with a solid understanding of adolescent development and how to relate experiences to the eight dimensions of wellness. A successful youth peer recovery coach will provide client-centered care, facilitate peer groups, and help navigate family conversations. The youth peer recovery coach will be trained in de-escalation as well as other necessary trainings for the role.
Certified Recovery Specialist/ Navigator
The position of Certified Recovery Specialist/ Navigator is responsible for the team leadership, coordination and service delivery of the designated adult mental health and addiction team focusing on a peer recovery-based approach. This position provides supervisory support, service and team coordination and peer support function to ensure the successful delivery of services for Turning Point clients. This position supports all staff members to utilize peer support principles across all internal and external stakeholder interactions.
