Rapid Access
Rapid Access
In Rapid Access, we are the first stop to life changing resources. We anticipate your crisis and time of need and look for ways to better enhance your needs and wants. Rapid Access is here to take the time to help you understand what you need and help you become the person that you want to be. We can connect you with internal programs like PYU (Pick Yourself Up), Recovery Cafe, REACH Youth Program and we can also refer you to external programs in the community to better assist with your needs. At Rapid Access Navigation we can help you attain a birth certificate, photo ID, food stamps, PE Insurance, clothing vouchers, food pantry lists, employers list, landlord lists, shelter resources, free phones and hygiene kits for those in need of those services. Please call us at 765-860-8365 or stop in 1234 N. Courtland Ave. for assistance.
