At Turning Point, we value the care and confidentiality of our clients, and we make this our highest priority. This means that we hold our volunteers to the same Turning Point CARES pledge (‘CARES’ is a clickable word that takes user to new tab that hosts our CARES pledge pdf) that we hold our staff to. If you wish to volunteer with us, you may be required to complete applicable training to ensure that the highest standards of care are upheld by our Turning Point volunteers. Please affirm whether you agree or disagree with the following statements below by placing your initials next to each statement.

• As a volunteer of Turning Point, I agree to abide by all policies and procedures, and I am willing to complete any trainings required by Turning Point administration. (If trainings are required, they will be provided by Turning Point).


• As a volunteer of Turning Point, I understand the importance of confidentiality, and I agree to sign the Turning Point Confidentiality Agreement upon meeting with the Volunteer Coordinator.


• As a volunteer of Turning Point, I understand that I will be volunteering at my own risk and that Turning Point cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury, or health problem which may arise from any volunteer work I perform for the organization.


• I agree that all the work I do is on a voluntary basis, and I am not eligible to receive any monetary payment or reward.
